THE IDEA
A gold chevalier ring from the Fine Phallus Collection, defined by a broad, sculptural surface carrying the phallus motif as its central emblem. The strong geometry of the ring gives the ancient symbol a bold, graphic presence, transforming it into a contemporary personal talisman.
In Greek and Roman tradition, the phallus was associated with fertility, generative power, protection and good fortune, and was regarded as an apotropaic symbol believed to ward off harmful forces and the evil eye. Phallic forms could even be carved or placed above the main entrance of a house as protective signs for the household. Here, that ancient symbolism is reinterpreted through the clean proportions and commanding form of the signet ring. -

Orders delivered to countries outside the European Union are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.
