We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 2-3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases (for “made to order” & “made upon request” products) it may take up to 6-8 working days.
In the event of a full refund, it is required that we have previously received notification within forty eight (48) hours from the receipt of the products.
In the event that the notification takes place after forty eight (48) hours have passed from the receipt of your order, you reserve the right to change the product with another available item only, within seven (7) calendar days.
Orders delivered to countries outside the European Union are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
